I’ve always been creative.  As a child I remember occupying myself in car rides with my pencils and crayons.  I used to do free for doodles before it was a trend.  I know how that sounds.  Growing up in a small town with limited resources and mind exploding with creativity gave me the skills to provide great results with minimum input. 

 

While I was attending Miami Dade College later in life and after I moved to a larger city, I found a job at a post-production house in Fort Lauderdale.  At Studio Z is where my real career began.  I started working on accounts like Ashley Furniture and AutoNation.  In the beginning, I was the fix it person.  I would make simple changes and at the same time get to know a dozen different peoples’ workflows.  I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. 

 

After 5 years at Studio Z, I found an opportunity to work at the Chewy.com headquarters in their post-production department.  It was an awesome opportunity, and I met a lot of great people.  At the time in my life, I had already built a network of freelance clients and was working part-time for myself.  In just 9 months’ time I was on my way out of Chewy and on my way to work for myself full-time. 

 

It's been about 5 years and things have been consistent with my work.  I’m happy with my lifestyle and am beyond grateful for my wonderful clients.  I’ve tried to make a point to take jobs that are rewarding in more than just a monetary way. 

 

Recently, I’ve taken time to create videos for my own creative outlet and post them to YouTube.  These videos are half instructional, teaching the skills I have developed over the years and half about my live in general.  Feel free to reach out if you are interested in working together.
